Boletos Express's refund and exchange policy can vary depending on the event and the terms set by the event organizer. It's crucial to review the specific terms and conditions associated with your ticket purchase before completing the transaction. Generally, all sales are final, but exceptions may apply for canceled or rescheduled events.

While Boletos Express does not consistently offer a general student discount program, some event organizers or venues may provide student-specific pricing for certain events. It's advisable to check the event details or the official Boletos Express website for any specific offers that might be available to students.

After purchasing, your tickets will typically be delivered electronically via email as e-tickets or made available for download through your Boletos Express account. For some events, physical tickets may be offered for mail delivery or box office pickup. The delivery method will be clearly stated during the checkout process.

Sales and discounts at Boletos Express can pop up at various times, often tied to specific event announcements, holiday promotions, or end-of-season clearances. The ability to transfer tickets to another person depends on the specific event and the ticket's terms and conditions. Many e-tickets are transferable, but some may have restrictions.
